Created in the 1990s, the EPO specialises in symphonic rock. The orchestra became known for presenting programmes that shook the conventional idea that an orchestra is solely for classical music, presenting all pop/light music programmes from Abba to ABC, Chart Nights, TV Theme Nights, Movies & Musicals Night and just good old rock!

Do we play classical? Well yes we have one exception but we cleverly combine the two. We present a night of orchestral pop and then play as a finale the best singalong in the world with the traditional Last Night of the Proms ending. Just when you thinks it’s all over ....It’s Can Can time! This really is a superb concert experience, from small corporate events to large open air concerts the EPO has the versatility to satisfy corporate clients to the most important part of our events.., the audience!
