I am at a point in my life where I still love to party but less frequently than before. The hangovers have got ever so more painful. The bars and music appear to have got so much crapper. Yet, tonight I will venture out on the lads Christmas night out. I say to myself that this year I will take it easy. That this year I really don't enjoy getting smashed like I used to. That this year I will drink water every couple of pints to stay hydrated. That this year I have finally grown up.

I played my first solo acoustic gig since the split of the band last night. It was bloody amazing! I have to say the reason that it was so good is that the crowd that made it there for my early set time were absolutely quality. They got behind me right from the start and made me feel really comfortable on the stage. I hope everyone enjoyed the set as much as I enjoyed playing it! I even threw in my brand new song 'Sweet Declaration' I just eed to find the funds to get songs such as that one and 'Ice Man Killer Queen' recorded on something better than Garage Band on my mac!
