Black Market Karma are a four piece band from South East London, formed around October 2007

They Take music from the past and bring it into the now, taking influence from, The Velvet Underground, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Jesus & Mary Chain, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Nirvana etc. The bands sound is powerful, wide and rich, with thick textures and tones. The music is big and dirty yet controlled and hypnotic. Loud and full yet chilled and smooth. At the core of this beautiful mess is quality song writing with solid melodies and meaningful lyrics.
