We Were Promised Jetpacks are a four-piece rock band, formed in Edinburgh, United Kingdom in 2003 by high school friends Adam Thompson (Guitar/Vocals), Michael Palmer (Guitar), Sean Smith (Bass) and Darren Lackie (Drums). Loch Awe
Loch Awe is a folk band from Edinburgh comprised of Joy Everett (vocals & glockenspiel), Jack McKay Fletcher (ukulele, guitar & vocals), Matthew Liam Healy (ukulele, concertina, guitar & vocals) and Oliver Roditi (trumpet, drums & percussion). Formed at the very end of July 2010, they released their debut mini-album, 'Artificial Life from a Digital Sea', on August 30th. It can be downloaded for free from their Bandcamp page.
